What happens to my Syntic account?
Uninstalling Syntic Care does not delete your Syntic account.
Your Syntic account may also be used with other Syntic products and services, including Syntic AI. Removing Care from one computer does not delete your account or data associated with separately governed Syntic services.
What happens to my Care data?
Removing the application and deleting your Syntic account are different actions.
Some preferences, logs, support information, account information, entitlement records, or other information may be handled separately from the application itself. For information about what Syntic Care processes and retains, see the Syntic Care Privacy Policy.
If you want information about deleting your Syntic account rather than simply uninstalling Care, contact Syntic Support through the published support channel.
Having trouble uninstalling?
If Syntic Care doesn't uninstall correctly, won't close, or still appears on your computer after following the steps above, contact Syntic Support.
We'll help you complete the removal.
